You will drive lead generation, conduct software demonstrations, and support existing customers through coordination and training.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, Google, exhibitions, and social media.
• Schedule and conduct software demonstrations for management-level clients.
• Manage outbound and inbound calls while maintaining professional records and documentation.
• Coordinate with existing customers, provide support, and conduct online training sessions.
• Assist in software implementation, prepare master files, and gather customer feedback.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT software or CRM industries.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and professional email communication.
• Strong client handling and presentation skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation.
• Ability to leverage AI platforms like Gemini and ChatGPT for efficiency.
• Knowledge of CRM and software support processes.
• Analytical skills for competitor analysis and follow-up.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting online software training sessions.
• Background in software implementation and data preparation.
