You will guide prospective students through the initial inquiry stages for overseas education, identifying their educational goals and aligning them with suitable programs.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students via phone, email, and live chat to understand study destinations, courses, and financial requirements.
• Qualify and prioritize leads based on interest, eligibility, and readiness to proceed with enrollment.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Counseling teams to transition qualified leads through the student journey.
• Document lead details and maintain a comprehensive database of prospect information.
• Provide personalized guidance on services and programs to align with individual student aspirations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or similar roles.
• Proven experience in cold calling and telemarketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with potential clients.
• Ability to conduct in-depth consultations to determine complex student requirements.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills for lead management.
• Solution-oriented approach to addressing student inquiries.
• Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate).
