You will bridge business needs with technology solutions in a pre-sales capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and optimize Salesforce functionalities across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, RFP/RFI responses, and client demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to confirm solution feasibility and delivery paths.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning proposed Salesforce solutions with client business objectives.

Required Skills

  • 4–5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA).
  • 2–3 years’ pre-sales experience in solution design and client engagement.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds).
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with project planning methodologies like Ms Project Plan, Csm, Pmp, or Safe.
