Description

Lead presales solution architecture and technical delivery for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform engagements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, client meetings, and technical presentations to define business requirements.
• Design scalable end-to-end solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Prepare technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), architecture documents, and effort estimates.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance to development and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture principles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or presales engineering.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure technologies.
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong skills in preparing SOWs, architecture blueprints, and project roadmaps.
• Experience with enterprise architecture governance and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Effective stakeholder management and customer-facing consulting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
• Experience working with global and offshore delivery teams.
