You will design and produce high-end marketing materials and client presentations, ensuring all assets adhere to strict brand standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Produce pitch books, deal books, templates, infographics, and covers using MS Office and Adobe applications.
• Develop visual and conceptual solutions for client materials, including creating motion graphics.
• Trace and create logos, maps, and custom illustrations.
• Coordinate with workflow staff and clients to manage deadlines, instructions, and design requirements.
• Manage administrative tasks for accurate job tracking and work billing.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in admin or operational support within a corporate, service-oriented environment.
• Experience working within a financial institution.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Professional.
• Expertise in graphic design applications and principles.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design.
• Ability to provide a portfolio or samples of recent work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MapInfo, Adobe Animate, Adobe Audition, and Blender.
• Knowledge of external print processes.
