Description

You will manage the technical implementation of pricing contracts and benefit configurations, ensuring alignment with state regulations and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Interpret state regulations to develop specific benefit configuration requirements.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on benefit configurations and various systems.
• Analyze user requirements and procedures to identify process improvements and implementation barriers.
• Coordinate with business units to develop and deliver training programs.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products to ensure operational performance.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of business process or data analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Access.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Amisys, DST, or Optum pricing configuration.
• Experience in healthcare environments.
