Description

You will manage pricing operations and project execution for US shift hours. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute project operational matters including invoicing, contract renewals, and SOW creation.
• Conduct pricing exercises for new deals or amendments.
• Manage timesheets and HWF/TWF/WF processes to ensure operational continuity.
• Review incoming contract and SOW requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with risk management, legal, and strategic sourcing teams to approve exceptions to standard terms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in pricing or operational roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for pricing exercises and data management.
• Strong experience using Microsoft PowerPoint for professional presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience working with Statements of Work (SOW) and contract amendments.
• Ability to work US shift timings (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Support the sales team by documenting requirements for SOWs.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations following brand guidelines.
