Description

You will own the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI-driven products and workflows. Your focus is operationalizing LLMs, SLMs, and custom models at scale while designing systems that automate complex workforce decision-making using agentic AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs, SLMs, and custom AI models in production environments.
• Write production-grade Python code to implement AI pipelines, tools, and systems.
• Apply agentic AI design patterns to automate workforce decision-making at scale.
• Establish performance metrics, run evaluations, and optimize models for accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency.
• Guide customers through AI integration journeys by clearly explaining functionality and implementation approaches.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on production experience deploying real AI/ML systems.
• Proven expertise in tuning LLMs and SLMs.
• Experience running model tuning workflows at production scale.
• Strong proficiency in Python for implementing AI pipelines.
• Deep understanding of agentic AI frameworks and design patterns.
• Solid foundation in AI/ML architecture and DevOps principles.
• Proficiency with the AWS cloud stack.
• Ability to design reasoning-based, autonomous, or agentic AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft AI tools.
