Description

Executive Advisory & Pre-Sales: Act as a trusted technical advisor to client executives in CPG and Retail, leading pre-sales discovery, proposal development, and solution shaping to drive account expansion.

End-to-End Solution Architecture: Design scalable, enterprise-grade data platforms, pipelines, and AI/ML systems (using Databricks, Snowflake, and multi-cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP).

 CPG & Retail Domain Focus: Leverage deep vertical knowledge to translate complex retail business challenges into high-impact, actionable AI and data engineering solutions.

Hands-On Technical Leadership: Provide deep technical governance through architecture reviews, code/design problem-solving, and hands-on unblocking of delivery squads during critical implementation phases.

Global Delivery Alignment: Serve as the strategic bridge between client leadership, account teams, and offshore (India-based) engineering/data science execution pods.

 Advanced Tech Stack Expertise: Require extensive proficiency in distributed processing (Spark, PySpark), modern data modeling/ETL/ELT, and AI Frameworks (AIF) alongside Python or Scala development.

Data Governance & Observability: Ensure all architected solutions strictly adhere to data governance, compliance, security, and cost-performance trade-off best practices.

Strategic Experience Level: Target 15–20 years of experience spanning data platform engineering, advanced analytics, and client-facing technology consulting in global enterprise services environments
