You will lead the design and operation of complex, AI-driven technical solutions and full-stack systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver, and operate complex Azure cloud-native systems.
• Implement DevSecOps practices for CI/CD, release management, and automation.
• Lead cross-functional teams by organizing and motivating members inside and outside the immediate group.
• Collaborate with and present technical strategies to VP and C-level stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of software development experience with 10+ years in full-stack engineering.
• 15+ years of proficiency in Java application development.
• 8+ years of experience with Javascript frameworks, specifically ReactJS.
• 8+ years of experience with Microservices and RESTful APIs.
• 8+ years of experience with SQL (Oracle, MS SQL Server, or Azure SQL) and NoSQL (CosmosDB preferred).
• Solid understanding of generative AI models, LLMs, latent space, vector databases, and deep learning.
• Experience with container-based development using Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Experience with Git-based repositories such as GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure Repos.
• 8+ years of experience working within Agile teams.
• Proficiency with unit testing frameworks like JUnit or Mockito.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience with BDD and functional test automation using Cucumber and Selenium.
• Proficiency with Node.js, AngularJS, or MACH architecture.
