Description

Lead the architecture and engineering of large-scale Generative AI and agentic solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
• Build production-grade agentic systems leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, and Google ADK.
• Design secure tool execution methods, ensuring least privilege and auditability in service-to-service communication.
• Develop lifecycle tools for evaluation metrics, quality monitoring, and model drift detection.
• Resolve complex technical challenges related to AI orchestration and integration patterns.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing and deploying large-scale Generative AI solutions.
• Strong expertise with LLMs, RAG, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Hands-on experience with Google ADK and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
• Solid understanding of secure API development and enterprise security standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to mentor team members and guide engineering best practices.
• Experience with AI lifecycle management, including monitoring and drift detection.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MCP tools and explicit state-machine orchestration.
• Background in serving as a technical escalation point for complex AI issues.
