You will design and build complex, production-ready multi-agent systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect federated memory systems for local learning, global pattern sharing, and data isolation.
• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to provide production tool access.
• Design agent graphs, managing nodes, edges, state, conditional routing, and sub-graphs.
• Migrate monolithic AI systems to agent-based architectures.
• Own architecture decisions and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience at a Principal level.
• Strong, production-grade Python skills.
• Experience with production Multi-Agent Systems at scale.
• Deep knowledge of agentic memory systems (Mem0, MemGPT/Letta, Zep, LangMem, Lang Graph).
• Expertise in Lang Graph, including state management and check pointing.
• Experience building or integrating MCP servers.
• Experience with federated or distributed systems maintaining strict privacy boundaries.
• Strong skills in Architecture and Design.
