Lead AI adoption and technical evangelism for enterprise content management solutions, bridging deep technical implementation with strategic stakeholder education.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Educate internal teams and customers on AI value in enterprise content management, including intelligent document processing and semantic search.
• Build and maintain proofs of concept using RAG, LLMs, and agentic workflows to demonstrate measurable ROI.
• Partner with sales and product teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across the content lifecycle.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating complex AI use cases to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Represent the company at conferences and create content to showcase AI-powered capabilities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in technology or consulting, with 5+ years focused on AI/ML, analytics, or intelligent automation.
• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and agentic patterns.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms: Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Strong understanding of ECM platforms (SharePoint, Box, OpenText) and information governance.
• Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Background in Developer Relations (DevRel), technical evangelism, or solution marketing.
• Ability to work confidently with business and technology stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with security, privacy, and compliance considerations for AI-powered content management.
