You define and drive the organization's AI strategy, aligning innovation with enterprise goals and governance standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor AI-specific KPIs to track solution adoption, reliability, and ROI.
• Design and guide implementation of enterprise-grade AI and GenAI architecture and solutions.
• Establish and enforce AI governance frameworks ensuring ethical and compliant AI usage.
• Establish MLOps best practices across the organization for model lifecycle management.
• Partner with internal teams to drive organizational readiness and literacy for AI adoption.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in applied Data Science with leadership in ML/AI strategy and solution delivery.
• Advanced understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, including LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional AI initiatives and developing governance structures.
• Experience designing and implementing MLOps pipelines for training, validation, and monitoring.
• Proficiency with Snowflake AI/ML, Azure ML, and Dataiku.
• Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Microsoft).
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles, fairness, and bias mitigation.
• Ability to move AI models from experimentation through to production.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
