You will own the technical vision and architecture for large-scale AI platform systems, ensuring long-term design quality and operational excellence in production.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical vision for short- and long-term business needs, translating requirements into scalable software systems.
• Lead design and code reviews for critical software components, ensuring adherence to distributed architecture and engineering best practices.
• Deploy and maintain large-scale software in production, driving performance, scalability, and operational stability.
• Serve as technical lead on complex, cross-functional projects, advising leadership on technical decisions and strategy.
• Mentor team members on advanced technical issues and support the career development of engineers and managers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing and building software engineering solutions in cloud environments.
• 10+ years of proficiency in modern languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or SQL.
• 10+ years of experience with APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI technologies, including LLMs, STT/TTS, and NLU/NLP engines.
• Expert knowledge in performance optimization, scalability, and distributed system architecture.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex requirements and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to articulate technical and strategic concepts effectively to multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM) and their practical applications in conversational AI.
• Experience developing and supporting voice and text chatbots.
• Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
