Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI agents and GenAI/AI-ML solutions from conception through deployment, ensuring quality and delivery timelines.
• Develop NLP and modeling capabilities for real-time decisioning systems used in digital banking workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, transfer learning, and transformer-based approaches to improve model performance.
• Deploy and operationalize AI services using FastAPI, vector databases, and production-grade MLOps practices on GCP.
• Integrate third-party AI tools/APIs into core product workflows while supporting open banking standards, secure data sharing, and compliance.

Skills Required:

• 8 - 12 years of experience in AI/ML, GenAI, and agentic AI development and deployment.
• Machine learning, GenAI, AI/ML, and agentic AI for enterprise banking use cases.
• NLP and real-time decisioning systems, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, transfer learning, and transformers.
• Deep learning and production modeling practices with model governance, quality management, bias mitigation, and explainability.
• Python-based development, FastAPI deployment, MLOps with CI/CD on GCP, and vector databases for retrieval and embeddings.

Good to Have:

• LLM experience for building and improving large language model-driven applications.

Education: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
