Description

You will design and build AI agents and GenAI solutions from conception through deployment for digital banking workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop NLP and modeling capabilities for real-time decisioning systems in enterprise banking.
• Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, transfer learning, and transformer-based approaches.
• Deploy AI services using FastAPI, vector databases, and MLOps practices on GCP.
• Integrate third-party AI tools while supporting open banking standards and compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, GenAI, and agentic AI development.
• Strong background in NLP, deep learning, and LLM applications.
• Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and production-grade MLOps with CI/CD.
• Experience with vector databases for retrieval and embeddings.
• Knowledge of model governance, bias mitigation, and explainability.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
