Architects and leads the development of scalable AI-driven platforms and software systems aligned with strategic business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy and long-term planning for AI/ML solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Evaluate and select AI technologies, frameworks, and tools for optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Establish best practices in AI model development, MLOps, software engineering, DevOps, and system architecture.
• Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement through code reviews and agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define use cases and deliver impactful solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering.
• 2+ years of focused experience with AI/ML systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with application development tools, specifically Visual Studio .NET.
• 5+ years of experience with relational database technology, preferably MS SQL Server.
• Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML and software solutions at scale in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
• Mastery of MLOps, CI/CD, and automated testing practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong track record of mentoring and influencing cross-functional teams.
