You will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-driven software solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable AI-driven platforms aligned with business goals.
• Evaluate and select AI and software technologies for performance and maintainability.
• Drive technical strategy and contribute to projects in telecom, freight, scheduling, and user access.
• Promote best practices across AI model development, MLOps, software engineering, and DevOps.
• Collaborate with teams to define use cases and deliver impactful solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in software architecture and engineering.
• 2+ years focused on AI/ML systems.
• Strong development background (approx. 60% development / 40% architecture).
• Experience implementing public AI models (e.g., LLMs) to automate manual processes.
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, generative AI, and computer vision.
• Proven experience deploying solutions in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of Microsoft tech stack: SQL Server, C#, .NET.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot).
• Any Graduate degree.
