Description

You will lead the development of an AI implementation roadmap for engineering departments in the semiconductor and hi-tech manufacturing sectors.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed AI implementation roadmap aligned with company-wide AI/ML strategies.
• Provide technical guidance on semiconductor engineering technologies to influence strategic decisions.
• Interface with CXOs and VPs to translate business objectives into actionable AI/ML initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML into existing engineering workflows and CAD/3D modeling processes.
• Ensure all projects comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the hi-tech manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor processes and capital equipment manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks and algorithm development.
• Experience managing AI/ML projects within an engineering context.
• Ability to drive consensus and influence decision-making at the executive level.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CAD/3D modeling integration in engineering workflows.
• Track record of implementing AI strategies in capital equipment manufacturing.
