Description

You will lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own AI initiative delivery, covering problem framing, data exploration, model development, validation, and monitoring.
• Drive innovation by conducting Proofs of Concept (POCs) to evaluate new AI technologies against existing infrastructure.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications aligned with automation strategies.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure models are explainable, ethical, and meet governance standards.
• Oversee production transitions by embedding monitoring, alerting, and self-healing capabilities.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering leadership.
• Expert proficiency in Python and ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience deploying solutions on Azure and AWS.
• Competency in containerization using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency in SQL for data handling and exploration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Knowledge of API architecture and data lineage for secure integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying AI for operational optimization and predictive insights.
