About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Architect – AI Solutions to lead the next wave of AI-driven product, platform, and engineering transformation.
This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep technical leadership, enterprise-scale thinking, and hands-on experience in delivering production-grade AI architectures.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping how AI is designed, governed, and scaled across the organization.

What You’ll Do
Architect and lead enterprise-wide AI initiatives
Design scalable, secure, and production-ready AI systems
Define AI architecture standards, patterns, and guardrails
Drive adoption of LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration
Enable AI-powered SDLC (PDLC) across engineering teams
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance frameworks
Mentor senior engineers and influence cross-functional leadership
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and guide adoption strategy

What We’re Looking For
12+ years in software engineering / architecture / tech leadership
Strong experience in enterprise AI solution design (production)
Expertise in:
LLM-based systems & retrieval architectures
Agentic workflows & tool orchestration
Distributed systems & cloud-native architecture
APIs, data platforms, and integration design
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at senior leadership level
Strong communication with both technical & business audiences

Nice to Have
Experience in AI governance & responsible AI frameworks
Exposure to vector search, AI observability, AI platforms
Background in large-scale enterprise environments
Experience mentoring architects / leading CoEs
