Lead technical design and growth strategy for Salesforce ecosystem solutions across large-scale, complex systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable, secure Salesforce solutions while ensuring technical integrity and adherence to best practices.
• Own end-to-end delivery for large multi-cloud projects, spanning from pre-sales to final implementation.
• Act as a subject matter expert for public sector, Federal/State Government, or Department of Defense clients.
• Oversee system design to meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and practice teams to launch new capabilities that meet market demands.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing, pre-sales, solution architect, or revenue-generating roles.
• 5+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 3+ years of experience in delivery leadership.
• 2+ years of experience building and managing relationships with partners and alliances like Salesforce.
• Direct experience implementing at least one industry cloud solution, specifically Communications Cloud.
• Extensive implementation experience within the public sector, Federal/State Government, or DoD.
• Ability to coordinate with offshore delivery teams during India-friendly hours.
• Proven ability to lead contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce System Architect certification.
• Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Revenue Cloud Consultant certifications.
• AI Data Cloud Consultant certification.
