You will lead technical direction and architectural decisions for complex software solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable software solutions using Node.js, MongoDB, and Amazon SQS.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact for the application team and track.
• Manage offshore teams and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product managers to design new features in an Agile environment.
• Optimize database performance, ensure data integrity, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Proficiency with Amazon SQS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience participating in the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in New York, NY.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java and microservices.
• Background in OTT Digital Content Delivery.
• AWS, MongoDB, or Node.js certifications.
