Description

Lead the architectural design and end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM solutions across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive solutions across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, and Recruitment modules.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, including configuration, customization, and system integrations.
• Direct data migration activities to ensure accurate and secure transfers from legacy systems.
• Perform Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate platform capabilities to stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and troubleshooting support for the implementation team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with HCM or HR solutions.
• 4+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Solution Architect.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, and Recruitment.
• Proven expertise in Oracle HCM, Data Migration, and integration tools.
• Experience managing complex implementations and technical deployment processes.
• Strong ability to design solutions that comply with security and regulatory standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle HCM certifications.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HR and Workforce Management solutions.
• Knowledge of AI applications within the HCM space.
