Description

Define and lead the strategic roadmap for Hyper Automation, architecting complex solutions across RPA, BPM, and Power Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee delivery of multi-bot orchestration, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and AI/ML integrations.
• Drive seamless integration with enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle JD Edwards, and Dynamics 365.
• Explore and implement Agentic AI frameworks for autonomous process optimization.
• Establish governance models for Power Platform environments and clustered data gateways.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years in automation architecture and leadership.
• Deep expertise in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center).
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Extensive experience with BPMN tools like Mendix or Bizagi.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing large-scale automation programs.
• Strong understanding of IDP solutions, AI/ML integration, and enterprise architecture.
• Bachelor's degree.
