Description

Lead the architectural strategy for the Digital Engineering Service Line, defining principles and frameworks that guide the Digital Platform Building Practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate an architectural vision that drives the design and evolution of platform capabilities.
• Establish and enforce governance processes to ensure alignment with defined architectural standards.
• Define and document principles for system and application design based on industry best practices.
• Identify architectural risks and dependencies to ensure resilient, scalable, and adaptable solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the architectural team, developers, and engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architectural leadership or senior engineering roles.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native development using AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, ECS, EKS), Azure (Functions, Cosmos DB, AKS), or Google Cloud (GKE, Pub/Sub, Firebase).
• Proficiency in microservices design patterns, Docker containerization, and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Hands-on experience building event-driven, serverless applications using AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions.
• Experience implementing Headless CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Strapi, Contentful, or Sanity.
• Strong knowledge of integrating content-driven UIs using APIs and GraphQL.
• Technical proficiency in Java, Python, and Node.js.
• Background in designing for scalability, resilience, and observability.
