Principal Architect

You will lead the architecture design and delivery of AI/ML solutions, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture design and delivery of complex AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify, assess, and resolve technical risks throughout project lifecycles.
• Present technical strategies and AI solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Mentor engineering teams and enforce adherence to enterprise architecture best practices.
• Drive pre-sales activities including workshops, solution design, and scope definition.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT architecture or high-level consulting roles.
• Proven leadership in managing complex, multi-phase technical projects.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML systems and enterprise architecture principles.
• Strong proficiency with cloud technologies for scalable solution delivery.
• Experience in regulated industries such as government, finance, healthcare, or technology.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage directly with clients and executives.
• Certifications in AI/ML, enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF), or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, NVIDIA).

Preferred Skills

• Willingness and ability to travel 50–75% for client engagements and workshops.
• Track record of driving innovation and profitability in client-facing roles.
