You will architect large-scale, complex technology solutions within the financial services domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions leveraging modern cloud platforms such as Azure AKS or AWS EKS.
• Design and implement API ecosystems using Java, Spring Boot, and API gateways.
• Drive technology transformation programs from conception through delivery.
• Ensure solutions meet strict identity, fraud, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience in technology architecture, specifically within banking or financial services.
• Deep expertise in Open Banking standards, including FDX, data-sharing, and consent architecture.
• Strong experience architecting on Azure AKS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Kafka streaming and event-driven architecture for real-time data processing.
• Familiarity with identity protocols like OAuth2.0 and OpenID Connect, and IDPs such as Okta or Azure AD.
• Experience with API management platforms such as Apigee.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS EKS alongside Azure AKS.
