Responsibilities

• Set up new automation tools and frameworks from the ground up.
• Guide the transition from manual processes to automated workflows.
• Coach and mentor team members in automation testing practices.
• Proactively identify automation opportunities and lead technical work.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in automation engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Cypress.
• Proven ability to set up testing frameworks and toolsets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Background in software development before moving into automation.
