Description

Lead automation strategy and technical direction for the testing organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish automation tools and frameworks from the ground up.
• Drive the transition from manual processes to automated workflows.
• Coach and mentor team members in automation testing practices.
• Identify automation opportunities and lead technical implementation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in automation engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Cypress.
• Proven ability to build testing frameworks and toolsets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Background in software development before moving into automation.
