Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, AI-driven test automation strategies for mission-critical healthcare applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable, AI-driven test automation framework for healthcare applications.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Perform complex SQL queries to validate data integrity across relational and NoSQL databases.
• Lead performance and security testing efforts ensuring compliance with standards like HIPAA and HITRUST.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines, driving shift-left testing practices.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software testing, automation, and quality engineering.
• Strong healthcare industry experience (EHR, EMR, claims processing, or PBM).
• Hands-on expertise in SQL, stored procedures, and database validation (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Proficiency with test automation tools including Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Appium, Playwright, Postman, RestAssured, or Karate.
• Solid knowledge of AI-driven testing approaches for defect prediction and self-healing scripts.
• Experience leading performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD integration using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, FHIR, EDI, HL7).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) systems.
• Experience with AI-based test automation frameworks (Testim.io, Applitools, Mabl).
• Experience with cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
