Description

Define, own, and evolve the enterprise Azure cloud platform architecture, ensuring reliability, security, and scalable delivery for critical CRM and HR products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the Azure platform architecture vision, roadmap, and technical direction for enterprise-scale solutions.
• Design and govern cloud-native services including AKS, App Services, and Service Fabric for compute and containers.
• Implement identity and access management using Azure Entra ID, RBAC, and conditional access policies.
• Establish CI/CD standards, infrastructure as code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform), and zero-downtime deployment strategies.
• Enforce security, Zero Trust principles, and cost governance across landing zones and management groups.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with enterprise Azure platform architecture and ownership.
• Deep expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Container Apps, and Azure Service Fabric.
• Proficiency in Azure App Services and Azure Container Registry for application deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), Managed Identities, and identity-first security.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database, Managed Instance, and Azure Cosmos DB data services.
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code tools such as ARM, Bicep, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and incident leadership for platform reliability.
• Understanding of Azure OpenAI Service integration and AI platform governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Landing Zones, subscription design, and network architectures (Hub-and-spoke, Private Endpoints).
• Proven track record in blue/green and canary deployment strategies.
