Description

You will lead the analysis and implementation of digital banking solutions to ensure client digital transformation goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and capture client needs using a product-first approach to leverage the platform.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders and implementation partners by facilitating requirement workshops.
• Translate client requirements into actionable technical specifications for UX designers, developers, and R&D teams.
• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Business Analysts to foster professional growth.
• Identify product improvement opportunities and harvestable features for the product roadmap.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a business analysis role.
• 7+ years of experience in a client-facing position.
• Experience managing a team of professionals.
• Proven expertise in requirements management and business process modeling using BPMN tools.
• Proficiency in multiple development methodologies including SCRUM, RUP, Kanban, and Waterfall.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• IIBA CCB certification.
• Based in the UAE.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Financial Services industry and Digital Banking.
• Experience with Camunda, requirement management tools, and project management tools.
