Description

You will lead Agile teams through complex implementation projects within global financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Agile teams on multiple implementation projects, translating strategic goals into executable steps.
• Develop project plans, manage account analysis, and oversee cross-functional communication strategies.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to manage project progress, risks, and change control.
• Consult and negotiate with diverse stakeholders using strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Facilitate talent management and human resource development within the project scope.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in project management and business analysis roles.
• 3-4 years of experience using TLM version 2.7 or higher.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC).
• Experience leading concurrent projects in Commercial Banking, Capital Markets, or Asset Management.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and TLM.
• Practical application of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with Data Analytics, Security, Talent Management, and Process Change Control.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master through SAFE or equivalent Agile certification.
