You will design and implement complex cloud-native solutions, integrating enterprise systems with Salesforce and AI-driven automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of cloud-native services across GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Integrate Salesforce and AgentForce with enterprise and Medicaid IT systems.
• Architect and implement Contact Center solutions, including Salesforce 5Nine integrations.
• Drive the CR Engine Solution using AI automation for structured and transactional data processes.
• Define and design integration platforms for a Health Cloud migration (1CM).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing cloud-native architectures using GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce/AgentForce with enterprise systems.
• Practical experience with AI/ML in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and business teams.
