Define and drive the platform engineering roadmap while architecting scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AWS infrastructure patterns.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the platform engineering roadmap with engineering leadership and stakeholders.
• Architect scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AWS infrastructure patterns for engineering teams.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to solve complex infrastructure challenges and improve platform maturity.
• Establish platform engineering standards, best practices, and governance models across the organization.
• Mentor engineers and drive adoption of automation frameworks to improve developer productivity.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years architecting and operating large-scale AWS cloud platforms.
• Proven expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong experience with containerization and CI/CD workflows including Docker, GitHub, and Argo CD.
• Deep understanding of AWS security fundamentals (IAM, KMS, Secrets Management).
• Experience designing resilient, scalable cloud architectures for multi-tenant environments.
• Strong understanding of observability stacks (metrics, logs, traces) and monitoring strategy design.
• Hands-on experience enabling developer self-service capabilities.
• Expertise in driving end-to-end automation to reduce manual workloads.
• Familiarity with Git, AWS Lambda, and general cloud networking concepts.
