Define and deliver high-level cloud medallion data architecture for enterprise-wide analytics and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver high-level cloud medallion data architecture that empowers enterprise-wide analytics and AI solutions.
• Mentor data professionals, championing best practices in healthcare cloud data architecture, DevOps, and SDLC.
• Translate architectural designs into actionable tasks and lead the integration of data from source applications using API and ELT.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as data mesh and GenAI data stacks for future scalability.
• Develop project estimates, manage cross-functional teams, and align execution with agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Architect with deep knowledge of Data Administration and Data Management.
• Expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and designing scalable data solutions.
• Strong background in Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, and ELT processes.
• Proficiency in BI tools and enterprise data platform integration.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and health information systems integration.
• Ability to lead functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with lakehouse evolution and data mesh architectures.
• Knowledge of AI/ML engineering practices and patient privacy regulatory compliance.
