Description

You will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of data engineering solutions on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable data pipelines using AWS Glue, PySpark, and Iceberg.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and actionable solutions.
• Own the technical roadmap, ensuring high standards for code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers in best practices and cloud solutioning.
• Act as the technical point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering and solution architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS Glue, PySpark, Iceberg, Athena, and Lambda.
• Proficiency with S3, Step Functions, EMR, and CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Proven experience in data lake architecture and data pipeline development.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree in a related field.
