Description

Lead SAP Convergent Charging engagements by defining problem statements, evaluating solution options, and providing technical recommendations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute product configuration based on approved designs.
• Conduct conference room pilots, product demonstrations, and Proof of Technology workshops.
• Prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets and organizational financial guidelines.
• Manage knowledge transfer and coordinate work delivery between onsite and offshore teams.
• Resolve queries regarding requirements and solution design throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Charging Core tool, Admin tool, and Bart tool.
• Deep knowledge of Chargeable Item Class, Pricing Macro, Charge Plan, and Product Cross-Catalog Modelling.
• Expertise in Rating & Charging for One Time, Usage, and Recurring Charges.
• Experience with Mapping and rating tables.
• Knowledge of Provider Contract & Subscriber Account integration, including Billable Item and Consumption Item Mapping.
• Proficiency in SAP BRIM and SAP CM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent progressive experience.
• Ability to support client hours from 8 AM to 5 PM EST and overlap with offshore teams.

Preferred Skills

• 11+ years of experience specifically in BRIM Convergent Charging implementations.
• Experience with CC upgrades from 4.0 to 2023 FS03.
• Integration experience with SAP CM for usage data and CITs generation.
