Principal Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant with strong expertise in Java architecture and WebMethods integration to drive enterprise-scale solutions and lead critical integration initiatives.

Experience: 6–9 Years

Role Overview
As a Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in designing scalable architectures, leading integration strategies, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions. This is a techno-functional leadership role involving architecture, development, and technical consulting.

Key Responsibilities
Define and implement enterprise API and microservices architecture using Java and Spring Framework
Lead integration projects using Software AG WebMethods
Architect scalable and high-performance data solutions using PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Cloud Spanner
Design and implement Transformation APIs and Enterprise Integration Patterns
Drive containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
Deploy and manage solutions on Google Cloud
Define and implement CI/CD and DevSecOps strategies
Actively contribute to coding of core components and critical modules
Provide technical leadership, stakeholder management, and solution consulting

Required Skills
Strong experience in Java (Spring, Microservices, API Architecture)
6+ years of WebMethods experience
Expertise in Microservices and Distributed Systems
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms
CI/CD tools and DevSecOps practices
Strong database architecture experience (PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Cloud Spanner)

Good to Have
Reactive programming frameworks
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical consulting skills
