You will lead organizations through digital transformation by leveraging emerging workplace technologies and articulating strategies that enable growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital workplace technology strategies to deliver new products, business paradigms, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Provide solution advisory and transformation strategy based on industry and OEM standards.
• Manage complex technical solutions both as an individual contributor and in a supervisory capacity.
• Influence and manage internal and external stakeholders, including partners, service providers, and customers.
• Lead large, globally distributed teams within a global delivery environment.

Required Skills

• 10-16 years of IT experience.
• Deep expertise in three or more Digital Workplace domains: Employee Experience, Modern Workplace and Endpoint Management, Digital Collaboration, DaaS & Device Lifecycle Management, Connected Workspaces (IoT, AR/VR), Workplace Security, Digital Adoption & Change Management, or Service Desk & Experience.
• Proficiency in Change Management, Conversational AI & Automation, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and executive interaction.
• Ability to work independently within general guidelines and best practices.
• Capacity for extensive travel as required by client and project needs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing Cloud, Digital, and Security advisory to client executives.
• Program or portfolio management experience using Agile principles (preferably SAFe) as a Practitioner, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
• Experience coaching and leading global teams of 20–50 people.
