Description

You will lead strategic digital transformation and operational optimization initiatives for clients in the banking and finance sector. You own the design and execution of digital initiatives, framework development, and work breakdown structures. You optimize procurement strategies and bank systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You conduct market, competitive, and gap analyses to benchmark client capabilities. You manage senior stakeholder relationships and drive engagement plans through cross-functional alignment. You develop business cases and technical solutions by documenting requirements and justifying investments.

• Experience developing execution plans, workstreams, and specific project outcomes.
• Ability to document business and technical requirements to support business case justifications.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to gather expertise and develop solutions.
