Description

Lead client engagements to define strategic objectives and execute digital initiatives, with a focus on Digital Asset Management (DAM) integration and MarTech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic digital initiatives by gathering data, interviewing clients, and developing hypotheses.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to synthesize and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop execution plans, work breakdown structures, and framework-driven strategic responses.
• Identify critical operational issues and propose solution approaches using specific technology and tools.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships, drive engagement plans through cross-functional alignment, and build business cases.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of consulting or industry experience, preferably in Retail, Finance, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Direct experience integrating Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems with marketing communications.
• Broad MarTech experience including UI/UX Design, Journey Mapping, Content Management, eCommerce, Marketing Automation, CRM, and Service.
• Strong analytical capability and data modeling skills with the ability to visually present findings.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and project collaboration tools for task management and progress monitoring.
• Ability to travel 50% or more to client locations as required.
• Advanced degree or MBA from a top educational institution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenText or Quadient.
