Description

You will lead the end-to-end management of Office 365 and collaboration infrastructure, including Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. You will implement security features, handle escalated requests, and drive continuous process improvements through automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Office 365 and collaboration infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Design, test, and deploy enhancements in collaboration with engineering teams to meet business requirements.
• Lead major incident management, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual operational overhead.
• Mentor team members and maintain accurate design and configuration documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Office 365 and Collaboration Subject Matter Expert (SME) or in a similar role.
• Expertise in SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
• Proficiency in conducting RCA and RCCA processes for major incidents.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Office 365 and ITIL certifications.
• Strong understanding of hybrid environments and cloud migration strategies.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.

Preferred Skills

• Practical knowledge of ADFS, Windows Server, Azure, and Active Directory/Azure AD hybrid deployments.
• Implementation experience with Office 365 Security and Compliance center features, including AIP, ATP, and mail flow rules.
• Familiarity with Intune tenants and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
