Description

Lead the technical design and delivery of production-grade conversational AI platforms for voice and chat at scale.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex features, from design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Integrate and evaluate Large Language Models, NLU/NLP engines, and STT/TTS components into production pipelines.
• Partner with data scientists and ML engineers to operationalize models, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
• Perform deep design and code reviews to drive engineering excellence in code quality, testability, and performance.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical solutions for cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing and building software solutions in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• 8+ years of experience with modern languages including Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or SQL.
• 8+ years of experience with APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns.
• Solid working knowledge of conversational AI technologies such as chatbots, voice assistants, LLMs, and STT/TTS.
• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional stakeholders on complex requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production, including prompt engineering, RAG, and evaluation.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms (Dialogflow, Lex, Rasa, Genesys, NICE, Twilio) and CCaaS/IVR integrations.
