Description

Lead data strategy and technical execution for healthcare-specific datasets. Map, validate, and transform healthcare claims, membership, provider, and enrollment data. Drive data strategy discussions in client-facing environments and collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex data topics.

Responsibilities

• Map, validate, and transform healthcare claims, membership, provider, and enrollment data.
• Drive data strategy discussions in client-facing environments.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex data topics.
• Apply expert-level knowledge of clinical and financial healthcare data structures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience writing SQL for complex data transformations.
• 5+ years of direct experience working with healthcare claims and provider data.
• Expert understanding of payer and provider healthcare data structures.
• Hands-on experience with Azure data tools.
• Proven ability to communicate technical data concepts to non-technical clients.
• Experience managing clinical and financial healthcare datasets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Optum data structures.
