Description

You will lead Medicaid data warehouse design, operations, and reporting while advising stakeholders on complex healthcare data strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise stakeholders on Medicaid data warehouse design, operations, and reporting.
• Provide expert guidance on claims processing, eligibility, provider enrollment, and third-party liability.
• Identify agency data needs and recommend data-driven solutions with proof of concepts.
• Direct business and technical teams on proper healthcare data usage.
• Support dashboards, analytics, reports, and decision-support tools for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Information Technology.
• 5+ years supporting State Medicaid agencies.
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid claims, eligibility, and provider data.
• Knowledge of CMS programs and federal reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Excel for large data warehouse analysis.
• Experience with Data Warehouse architecture and implementation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years experience with HEDIS or CHIPRA.
• Experience with Teradata.
