Description

 Responsibilities:

• Design and implement security architectures that align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate security practices into Agile development processes.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the protection of sensitive information.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams on secure coding practices and security best practices.
• Stay current with emerging security technologies and trends to continuously improve the security posture of the organization.
• Lead security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Mandatory Skills:

• 15+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on security architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
• Expertise in security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS.
• Proficiency in risk management and vulnerability assessment tools.
• Experience with cloud security and securing cloud based applications.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI DSS.
• Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing security solutions in complex environments
