Description

You will lead reporting solutions and technical strategy for Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology teams and clients to refine reporting requirements and solution strategies.
• Build custom reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Execute testing throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Manage documentation and knowledge transfer to support reports post go-live.

Required Skills

• Deep Oracle Cloud HCM experience.
• At least 4 years of experience building reports with BI Publisher.
• Proficiency in OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
• Ability to work independently on technical delivery.
• Experience working with large-scale employers.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Extensive knowledge of the Oracle Learn module.
• Broad, deep expertise across multiple Oracle HCM modules.
